Western Europe Campaigns

I was the Project Lead for the Digital Production of Western Europe campaigns through all channels like CRM, Display, Affiliates, On-site, App and Paid Social, supporting the large volume of global and local campaigns for adidas. This included digital productions of marketing activations like Mid- Season-Sale, End-of-Season Sale and Holiday, as well as smaller email camgpaigns for specific products.

I was managing digital advertising projects from initial brief to final delivery. Stages included creative development, design and production across a range of deliverables from standard and rich media banners, across desktop, mobile and tablet devices as well as email marketing, social and landing pages.

I was liaising with client-side production personnel and partner agencies to ensure the delivery of assets, production masters and project files, as well as supporting the process of localisation and translation. .
Taking client briefs and liaising with production hubs to produce content on time and in budget.
Therefore I was working closely with teams to push production boundaries, enhance the reputation and contribute to the development of long-lasting client relationships.
